Hello FEO Eagle Families,

We made it through January! February is always a fast-moving month, and we are already well into Semester 2. As a reminder, Semester 1 report cards will be available online on February 24, 2026.

Volleyball season is well underway, and we wish all of our student-athletes a successful and enjoyable season. Our teachers and student actors are also hard at work preparing the FEO drama production, Yearbook Reflections, which will be coming soon.

I would also like to wish our Grade 6 students a wonderful experience on their upcoming trip to the Bow Habitat Station on Friday, February 6.

FEO School Council will meet on the evening of Wednesday, February 4, and we encourage all families to attend.

This past week we also welcomed our future FEO students who will be joining us for Grade 6 French Immersion and Grade 7 English program. It is always so fun to welcome new members of the FEO community into the building!

Finally, please note that February 12–13 are non-instructional days for students, as teachers will be attending the Calgary Teachers’ Convention (CCTCA).

Have a great week!
-Dr. Michael Cutler
