Hello FEO Eagle Families,

We are entering the last two weeks before Spring Break 2025 and we have a lot to cover! I am very pleased to announce that Band and Drama rehearsals have returned and are up and running! We are also rounding up the end of the Volleyball season! Unfortunately we still have to limit spectators to games to immediate family members due to the ongoing CUPE 40 strike.

I am hopeful that the weather continues to improve but also encourage students to dress for the weather. We also have quite a collection of winter coats in our "Lost & Found" that are really wanting to be found! Please remind your student to look for any missing items!

Thank you for all your support during the CUPE strike. As I mentioned last week, our school is not as sparkly clean as it usually is, but we appreciate our students and their efforts during this difficult time.

Don't forget to move your clocks ahead one hour this weekend!

CUPE 40 Strike | Update

I am pleased to report that the CBE has given us the green light to start afterschool clubs, band and drama rehearsals and other activities. I know that this has been a time of uncertainty and I will continue to provide updates when they become available. Thank you to the families who reached out expressing their concerns when band and drama rehearsals were cancelled, I provided that feedback to the CBE and I am pleased to report that you were heard!

*Due to the ongoing strike, the FEO Open House will be moved to an online session

School Pride Friday's

Every Friday we encourage students and staff to show their FEO Eagle pride by wearing red or FEO Eagle wear. If you don't have any, now is a great time to stock your spring wardrobe with FEO Red and Ozzy the Eagle!

F.E.O. School Planning Survey

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from families on school planning, which includes the school development plan, school budget, and school fees. When students, staff and families work closely together, students experience greater success.f e osborne school planning survey 2025
