Happy Friday the 13th FEO Families!

We are at the end of another exciting week at FEO! Our Soccer teams will play their first games next week, basketball teams continue to practice and the Cross Country team will have another meet! The FEO Winter Gala talent act auditions will also run during the lunch hour. We also were privileged to welcome Mr. Paul Davis to speak to our Grade 6 & 7 students. FEO Winter Gala - Talent Auditions

Join us for the annual Winter Gala on December 11th & 12th at 7 PM! It will feature student talents in singing, dancing, juggling, music, and more. Plus, an art show with items for sale supporting charity. The night wraps up with a One Act play!

Lunch Supervision Fee for Grade 6 Students

Grade 6 Students are charged a Lunch Room Supervision Fee:

Families of students staying at school during the lunch period are required to pay the annual lunch supervision fee.  Lunch supervision services provide participating students with supervision while they are eating and during the lunch period activities. Revenue from this fee is used by schools to hire lunchroom supervisors.  Lunch supervision registration continues throughout the year and payments can only be accepted once students are registered. You can register and pay using your MyCBE parent account.  Additional information is available through this LINK

2023-2024 FEO Yearbooks

Yearbooks will be distributed to FEO students on the morning of Thursday (Sept. 19th) in class. A few extra copies will be on sale in the office for $30 cash or cheque payable to F. E. Osborne.

Students who have gone on to high school or have moved schools are invited back on Friday, September 20, from 1:30 - 3:30 for yearbook pickup and signing. Spread the word. Current students wanting to pick up a book for their older sibling can see Mr. Hunter in Room 306.

Terry Fox Run

FEO will be participating in the Terry Fox run on Friday, September 20th during students PE block. The school will also be collecting “Toonies for Terry” to support the Terry Fox Foundation for those wanting to participate.

FEO Meet the Teacher | September 26 from 6:00-7:30

We are excited to welcome families to the school to meet the teachers and tour the school! More information will be provided as we approach the date. 

Marion Carson | Reading Buddies

We are pleased to announce that our leadership students will be partnering with our neighbours at Marion Carson school for reading buddies!  FEO leadership students will be visiting Marion Carson to read with their buddies every Wednesday.
